3. Shipping Charges

  • Otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across the UAE. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery. Please ensure your contact details are correct to avoid delays.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/video). We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
